My project is done.

Wednesday is the start of Lent, and one of my coworkers and I decided that along with our usual habits for Lent (giving food to the poor) we're going to kick our diets and exercise into gear.

I spent this eveing setting up a workout schedule that keeps track of what exercising I'm doing, but at the same time kind of randomizes it so there is no set pattern.

;D

I'm also cutting all snacks out, only eating at meal time for Lent.  However, I'm starting fresh on this tomorrow, and not waiting for Wednesday.

You seem to be pretty good at keeping to schedules, so no doubt you will do the same here.

Back to the drawning board.....

I did start my new exercise routine, so I hope to see some success soon!

Nancy, France.


Nancy is one of the loveliest cities in Europe, a treasurehouse of rococo and art nouveau architecture.  The Place Stanislas, with its Arch of Triumph, dates from the 1700s and is widely held to be France's most beautiful urban monument.
