Shakesthecoffecan:
I visited Belfast in 1996, it was just them coming out from under the years of the Troubles as they call them.
We, me, me mother and me sister, were having tea with the owners of the Bed and Breakfast where we were staying when their 20 month old daughter come running thru the room nekkid as the day she was born, and her father, not missing a beat, said: "That's not right" and scooped her up.

I lived in Belfast for 7 months, plus another 3 months over the course of 4 years when I was just on vacation. Most of the Protestants over there (one of whom I was living with) don't celebrate St. Patty's Day. It's more of a Catholic thing. I got to see the majority of Belfast, both good and bad, and all of the leftover evidence of The Troubles, but I don't recognize the port in which this pic was taken. Does your calendar give any further info as to the whereabouts?

Hiya BetterMost friends.
Happy Friday! ;D
Well, let's see....date tonight, and tarot card reading tomorrow. ;D
Another pound gone, and I just missed (according to the scale) making it two, so I believe I'll be down more by the end of the weekend.

Today's travel destination:
American Banjo Museum - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
The American Banjo Musuem celebrates the lively strumming of banjo music of the 1920s and 1930s. Its rare collection of fancy jazz-age banjos is on display in a newly refurbished building in the lively Bricktown section of Oklahoma City.
