CellarDweller:
Hiya BetterMost friends.

One day closer to the weekend!  ;D

Hope that everyone is doing well today!

Had a great phonecall and text message session with a guy I met on Match.com, we haven't set up a date yet, but he's interested.  ;D

I'll keep ya posted.

Then, got a phone call from Matthew.  He's doing well and says "Hello" to you all!

Today's travel destination.

Zion National Park - Utah

Trails lace the 229 square miles of Zion National Park, where the pretty little Virgin River helped carve the 1,000 -foot walls of Zion Canyon.  Like Utah's other national parks, this one is a stunner!

I remember there being a controversy, but I didn't read the books-so never knew what it was. Maybe I'll get around to it some time. I don't read as much as I used to because of all my eye problems.

In the late 70's, I started reading John Saul books and I read those up until the early 90's. His first one, Suffer the Children was terrifying! All of the ones that I've read have mixed some reality with some paranormal/horror aspect. Good books if you like that kind of thing.  :)

I've never read any of John Saul's books, but I've heard there very good.  I may have to find a copy of Suffer the Children to see what it's like.  And yes, I do like the paranormal/horror aspect.  I used to read a ton of Stephen King books.

Good morning, Chuck!

That's a beautiful national park in Utah.   :)

Glad to hear that Matthew is doing well.

Hope you're having a good day, although I know you're busy these days.

Front-Ranger:
I visited Zion last November, and even joined the natural history association there! Anything else you want to know about Zion?  :)

Shakesthecoffecan:
Utah is an amazingly beautiful place.
