How is everyone tonight?

I think I've decided on a Halloween costume.  LOL  The bowlers are celebrating on Mischief Night (30th) as that is our usual bowling night, so the theme for the night is "Mischeivious" and there is a prize for the "most mischievious" costume.

I was going to go as Dennis The Menace, but I couldn't find a costume for him anywhere.  My supervisor suggested Bart Simpson.  I think we have a winner.





I have blue shorts and a plain red t-shirt.  I just need a skateboard and maybe a slingshot.  Also, if I can get it, a Bart Simpson mask, or maybe just the top of his head for the points.  Worse comes to worse, I could find some yellow poster board and make one of my own. 

I fell asleep once I went to bed last night.

I have insomnia.  If I don't take some sleeping pills before I go to bed, it's no unusual for me to stay awake, or toss and turn all night.

Ooooh, did you like it?  I really liked the first two episoes, but I wonder if they are changing Rick too much now.

Yup, it's Halloween time, so that's why the change in my avatar and user name (my "costume") and the text under my avatar.



I don't know if anyone else is doing it, but what the hell? 

For those who don't know, I"m "Rick Grimes", the sherrif survivor of the zombie plague in The Walking Dead.



I'm tired today, ugh!  Late night bowling, but it went well!  Look in my Striking Out section for updates.

Thought you all would find this funny.  When I was in Chicago in November last year, I had purchased a pack of zombies.  I thought they were funny, but had no idea what to really do with them.

I decided I'm going to use them to decorate my cube for Halloween.     So when I go to work on Tuesday, these little guys will be around the edges of my cube.

I remember those, Chuck!   

Glad you found a good use for them.

Not exactly what I was looking for, but close enough.  Especially with the threat of bad weather approaching.

Anyone have good plans for the weekend?  My plans are kind of "up in the air" at the moment, but I do have a small dinner party to go to on Saturday night.

I'm still not used to seeing "Rick Grimes" as my user name, and every time I see it here I think "Who the heck is that?"   

Well, I'm assuming you all have heard that we're bracing for a big storm here in NJ!  Even Matthew sent me a message from NZ saying he heard about it.

Rains are supposed to start Sunday, and go through Wednesday!    Very high winds as well.  From what I saw the eye will hit the southern part of NJ, I live in the Northern, but it will still be bad.

I will gas up the car today, and probably stay close to home, if not at home!
