Thank you, everybody! The weather was lovely for this time of year here. It had been rainy and cold for about a week, but yesterday was sunny and in the low 60s. I was even able to sit out on the front porch reading as the sun was setting.

I like that my nickname is serious, because when somebody says something nice it's like they're saying "seriously" as reassurance of their sincerity. Like, "Happy birthday, and I ain't foolin'!"
