I wonder if it is Jackie that is being memorialized...or has she been lost in the symbolism and rituals?

We all do, it is part of the same institution that religion springs from.
But it is a good thing. Even after 2000 years people still commemorate Jesus of Nazareth's passing. It connects us with all them things we don't know......
