reminds me of wisteria...but it doesnt' even have the 'benefit' of being pretty every spring...

there are areas here so over run with wisteria that in the spring you cant' see the trees it is on...

Actually it has a beautiful purple flower much like Wysteria and it has a really nice smell.
Almost like a grape smell. I actually like the smell of the Kudzu Blossom!

Maybe they use the blossoms to make the jam?

I've heard of making some kind of jam or jelly out of violets.
