I remember that day wanting to wear those pants I loved them so much and I had out grown them and my Mamma was saying to put something else on and I wouldn't, I was going to wear them one more time. The stripes had "USA" printed on them and when the weather got warmer, they became a pair of shorts. (I had a hat that matched)
