Political Video: Senator Byrd and Homeland Security

I am not a big fan of Senator Robert Byrd. The man has pissed me off more than once, but he does make some excellent points in this video clip. I remember watching this live on C-SPAN and several of the Democratic Senators made some compelling and thought provoking remarks. I wish I could find youtube clips from some of the other Senators, but so far this is the only one I can find...  :-\
