When is it too early to put Holiday lights/decorations up?

I know that "holidays" means "vacation" in Europe, but here are some Christmas pics I have to share.
Crazy Christmas Display here in NJ!
In the news last year, this dentist office was the scene of vandalism. His Easter display featured mannequins dressed as playboy bunnies, holding Easter baskets, with Easter eggs on the lawn. An angry neighbor went on his property and took it down, proclaiming it "offensive and sexist". He put them all back up, and added a shirtless male mannequin.
Before the Christmas pics start, here are two Easter pics. Before the "destruction".

This was the "rebuild" with the male mannequin added.

This is how he decorates for Christmas, and the female mannequins are back. I call them the "Holiday Hos!"
