Focus: Post Oscars - What Do We Need?

Now that the Oscars are over, we're getting close to the time when we need to start working on those realizations and goals.  I put it off for a few weeks around here to allow people to spend some more time with the movie, but we are going to need to start heading forward soon so we don't risk losing people to "seen the film, now I'm getting over it" syndrome.

Any ideas or suggestions from people out there?  I posted several a few weeks ago, but I'd like to hear from the membership out there about where we need to go next.

I'm just getting INTO the "what do we do next" syndrome.  I owe SO very much to everyone here.  I'm a great follower....so just point me in a direction... ;)
