Hi Leslie!

    I think we are due to get some rain here in CT too.   No Hurricanes though!

Week two of my Flu like virus.    This weeks blood tests are much better.   Everything that was low last time is back to normal except my Potassium level, which actually dropped.   go figure.    So my Doc gave me a perscription for Potassium tablets to take to get my levels back up.     Guess I should eat more Bananas!    ;D

   Let's see.... 4:38 pm.   Time for bed soon.   This getting up at 2 am is still kinda weird.

Wednesday morning in Maine. Dark out so I have no idea what the weather is like. It was raining last night but it seemed like that stopped.

Mushrooms also are good for potassium, and with all that rain, you should have lots of them! Hope you feel better soon David!! I am starting to come out of my empty-nest funk after my firstborn slinked off to college. Part of my problem was that I wanted to slink off with her!!
