Well, we do live in New England, darlin'...land of White Christmas (Vermont), Holiday Inn (Connecticut), Christmas in Connecticut (guess where?)...in all those movies the snow was falling furiously over all our pine trees, filling everyone with the true spirit of the holidays....
Oh wait, White Christmas, there was no snow! That was part of the problem! LOL
A jewelry store here in Portland in running a promotion that *all* jewelry purchases made in the month of December will be FREE if 6 inches of snow falls on December 25th. Obviously, they are betting we won't have a white Christmas...or barely white, if snow does fall.
