I'm glad y'all liked the wordplay. Odd, but that last one always makes me think of Donald Trump. ;D

Gacked (adj.): To steal from someone else. Used often in blogs and such.

I never heard THAT one before. :)
These are all funny. #8 reminds me of the movie The New Age where a totally superficial, status-obsessed, money-obsessed couple open a boutique for people like themselves called "Hipocracy." I thought that was the greatest name for that store. (I highly recommend the movie.)

Gacked is a great word. People at Live Journal are always gacking things from each other. And I love "Hipocracy," too. Will have to look for that movie. IMDb says it stars Judy Davis and Peter Weller, both favorites of mine.

I didn't know the German word Beelzebub is the same in English. I wonder how it may be pronounced...
Beelzebug is sweet, too. And the definition is correct. Mosquitos are a spawn of hell :P.

Beelzebub is pronounced "Bee-EL-zeh-buhb" in English, mostly. Appropriately, it's from the Hebrew for "lord of flies." :)
Louise, congrats on 3700. Have you ventured into that shed yet? ;)

She did. And she found the OLD waffle maker, not the newer Belgian waffler. Louise told me she took a picture of the waffle but I haven't seen it yet...and all that was left as evidence in my kitchen was a plate, sticky with maple syrup.

COMPLETELY UNTRUE.
I didn't put any syrup at all on my waffles.

Wait, wait, wait...waffles...no butter? No syrup? Why?

Yes, why for God's sake? I've never heard of such a thing!
Maybe she put sugar on it. :)
