Oh, my David!

At least those trees didn't land on your house! Yikes!

So far it is still snow here. The first plow of the day just went down my street. And now it is going back in the other direction. And now we have a nice big pluge at the end of the driveway. Maybe the neighbor with the snowplow on the front of his truck will take pity on us...

David and Leslie, stay safe okay?  :o (which probably means, stay indoors! )

I am staying indoors! Of course my husband it out, running around, trying to get a few errands in before the second wallop this afternoon.

So far, for me, it just looks like a fairly ordinary snowstorm and since it is the first one of the season, it is pretty. By the time we get to March and I am sick of the snow, it's not pretty anymore...

Morning all,

The "big storm" turned out to be pretty ordinary, at least at my house. We got about 6 inches in all, I think. The second storm that was supposed to come in the afternoon never materialized so all in all, it was just a snowstorm.

Today, 20 degrees with a few snow showers predicted.

I just read I have almost Californian climate here
It's 13°C (55°F) here, but not sunny. And ususally it's a some degrees less in December. The last weeks were mostly around 7°C (44°F). Sometimes during nights, we reached the freezing point and had to scratch ice off the windshields. But that's nothing compared to Maine or Denver area. Brrr, I get cold reading about it.
