Leslie, the closer the time gets, the more I anticipate your daily weather reports.

Here in Germany, we have currently the best weather of whole Europe. While it rains heavily in Spain, we've had more than a week of bright sunshine and the temperatures rose noticably over the last week.

Today was the first day it was warm enough for the outdoor pool (public bath, we don't have our own pool, wish we had :laugh:). We didn't go there because we didn't have the time, but whenever the temperature approaches the 30°C mark, I'm a happy camper :D.

More of this summer weather is in store for us and we plan to spend Pentecost-Sunday at the public bath :D

For Chrissi, and everyone else,

Another nice day in the neighborhood with 50 degrees right now and a bit of blue sky peeking out. We inaugurated the summer season the other day by mowing the lawn for the first time this year.

It is sort of amazing to think that on April 8 there was still snow in the backyard but by May 8 the grass was high enough that it needed to be cut!
