Morning all,
I am home, safe and sound! It was good to sleep in my own bed last night!
61 degrees and a little foggy right now but I am sure good weather is in store.
Chrissi, I am so sorry to hear about your trip troubles! We went to the ocean a few years ago and my husband got a huge cut on the bottom of his foot (on the boardwalk) on the first day. You're right...we're all having fun and he is can't join in...especially because he didn't want to walk on the beach and get sand in his cut. Sigh...
Hope things are better the second week!

Hearing all your horror stories, friends, makes me happy that I'm home all by myself in the Rocky Mountains. I'll be thinking of all my far-flung friends as I go about my weekend, and hoping things improve for you all! Glad you're home safe, Leslie, and hope the sun shines for you today. I wish a very good book for your daughter, Chrissi! I hope Amanda made it to Washington safely and is having fun with Elle and Lynne today, and I heard that the Oxford event wound up safely in Britain! I hope everyone fares better this weekend than our favourite movie did on Bravo last nite!!

sorry to hear about your holiday troubles. It must be stressful with your kids being in pain.
