I posted the image a while back on another forum, when I first heard of the book. After a while Photobucket censored it and then strangely enough, they uncensored it for while, and finally censored it again. I just uploaded it a second time just to see how long it lasts. Meanwhile, I got the image from Amazon.com, lol!
They can be quite ridiculous sometimes. I had a Julian Schnabel painting of a nude censored and he's not exactly a photorealist. :-\
