No. 2 for me, as the brown bush/tree in the foreground blends in much more and does not draw my eye away from the panoramic view.

I think #1 and #2 are the most dramatic.

My eye comes to number 1, because of the sky at the right which balances the left... keeping every thing dramatic as someone said, plus may I add: it's more expansive as a panorama !

Depending on the judges too, which kind are they, like general public or artists or photographers or any others ?
