This is from The Checkbook Season 2, episode 16.

After a fight with Debra over finances, Debra tries to teach Ray a lesson by allowing him to pay all of the household bills. Well, obviously Ray screws everything up, and after hiding his mistakes from Debra for several weeks, he finally admits to her the checkbook (or is it checkbooks) is/are an absolute and total mess.

I've watched the first minute or two of this video. I'm not sure if this is only the first half of the episode, or maybe highlights. Anyway, whatever it is, I've filled you in so you will know what's going on! :D
