I saw so much of that with Heath. When it was the relative privacy of him, a camera and his craft, he was fine.Put him in front of an audience for an interview ,and he was almost painful to watch.

I agree, some of his interviews where too awkward for me to watch, i watched a bit then had to turn it off. :-\

You have reminded me of something that happened when I was a child, best guess 6-8 years old.  I was sucking on a candy and accidentally swallowed it whole when our car stopped short.  I immediately panicked, because I did not see how it something so large could go down my throat.  I didn't tell anyone what had happened, just stopped eating for a week.  My mom was going crazy!  I had never noticed all the throat cartilage before, and so further convinced myself that was the candy stuck in there.  At the end of the week, I finally told my mom, and she convinced me not to worry about it further.  Needless to say, I don't allow my daughter sucking candy.  Children just think so differently, or at least I did!

I also stop eating when I am headed into a depression.  I remember once it took me four days of nibbling to finish one sandwich that was in the fridge.  I think this is a common sign.

All so true, a very common sign. I went to my doctors convinced I had a growth in my throat.I simply could not swallow as my throat was so constricted. Of course there was nothing,it was just I was so stressed my muscles were almost permanantly contracted.
I am struggling at the moment too. Even when I watch hppy Heath films like Casanova AKT I am still just as miserable. I just think, how can someone so vibrant and joyful no longer be here.
I am really going to have to get a grip on myself or it will all spiral again.
I think part of it is I have been so wrapped up in my older son and sorting him out,I have had no time to think. Now he seems stable I have more empty time.Never a good thing for me.
Also Sunny Florida is grey and wet today, and I am definitley a sun person.

I saw a pic in a magazine today, of Michelle with an un-named man, wallkiing down the street, and the man was pushing matilda in her pram.....

I know Michelle has to move on, but it left an ache in me and so much sadness......it definitately "dont look right"....
Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect.

It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfection

Miller Uses Pyjamas To Remember Ledger - 9 June 2008

Sienna Miller has a special way of remembering her late pal Heath Ledger - she wears a pair of pyjamas the actor once gave to her. The British beauty starred opposite Ledger in 2005's Casanova and the pair became close, socialising with each other after the film had wrapped.

And Ledger gave Miller the comfortable bedwear when she got soaked after falling in the rain after a night out with him and her mother in Venice. She tells Britain's Telegraph magazine, "Heath and I had this amazing night out in Venice with my mother. It had been pouring with rain. Heath ran out in the middle of St. Mark's square and we were running around, and I slipped over.

"We all ran back to his (apartment) and he gave me these dry pyjamas to get home in."

And the star repaid the favour two years later, when the Brokeback Mountain star struggled to sleep while staying at her house.

She explains, "When he came over to my house last November, and he was having trouble sleeping, I gave them back, to help him sleep."

Ledger, who was found dead at his New York apartment in January, was said to have struggled with sleeping, which led him to overdose on the prescribed medication which killed him. And Miller was so devastated after hearing about Ledger's death earlier this year, she asked the tragic star's father Kim to send the pyjamas to her so she would have a keepsake to remember him by.

She adds, "When he died, I was so sad that I didn't have these stupid pyjamas anymore, so his father found them to give to me."

Gyllenhaal Blasts Media's 'Disrespect' After Ledger's Death - 9 June 2008

Maggie Gyllenhaal has hit out at the media for their reporting tactics after the death of fellow actor Heath Ledger - branding the industry "disrespectful".

The Secretary star blasted journalists for their style of reporting after the tragic death of the Australian actor, insisting she was "shocked" by the way they tackled the sensitive issue.

Gyllenhaal starred opposite Ledger in his final full film, The Dark Knight, in which he stars as Batman's nemesis, The Joker.

And the actress - whose brother, Jake Gyllenhaal, featured alongside Ledger in 2005's Brokeback Mountain - reveals her co-star and friend's untimely death has taken its toll on her.

She tells Britain's Empire magazine, "It's hard to talk about how it's (Ledger's death) affected me personally. It's been really hard for me."

"(And) the media has shocked me with the way that they've been disrespectful in some ways."

Ledger was found dead in his New York apartment in January. Toxicology reports released a month later state he was killed by an accidental overdose of prescribed

Gyllenhaal speaks at last.

Well she speaks now while promoting The Dark Knight. I prefer all the tributes payed by colleagues and friends to Heath while media spread all the rumors about him, they were a great counterpart.

The guy with the dark glasses is just an old friend of hers, they were strolling together even when she was with Heath. Relax people! ;)
