No, not a member of PFLAG but I certainly am glad to know they are there! I alerted my parents to them way back when, and continue to refer people to it, especially when I meet a parent who has just learned their child is gay or lesbian. Very important stuff they do.

It's not so much that they're not political enough; actually, PFLAG is a very political organization when you think about it. And believe it or not, until recently I haven't been politically active since the early 70's... King Bush invigorated the political animal in me, and then Brokeback Mountain focused my energy on human rights for gay people.
