Those sound like crawfish Sue.

Some of my relatives live in South Louisiana and crawfish are a delicacy down there too. Very Cajun. I wonder if Balmain Bugs or Moreton Bay Bugs and crawfish are the same thing or perhaps related? :)

Hey Kerry, those pics are the best of a worse lot, which I WONT post again, they are on some other threads here, showing Chinese people eating dog brain soup, cow and horse stew and goat livers.....I can tell ya.....it aint pretty.... ::)
