Here are some "before" and "after" pics of me


This is me at my heaviest, 285lbs.





Here is a pic of me at autumn of 2005.  My lightest weight, 215lbs, 70lbs gone.






This is me in August of 2006, at the BBM Backyard BBQ.  I had regained 25lbs of the weight I lost, and would go on to regain another 10lbs.








And here is me at the gathering in Bay City this past February.  I am back down to my lightest weight, 215lbs.









Last pic, me in Denver, Co.  I'm at 205lbs. 






My final goal is to be down to 185lbs by end of year.
