Yea, that was a short three hours but I got everthing cooked. Rocky Mountain oysters, ambrosia, and of course, the turkey!! Now, to get Jack here to serve the dang thing!! **Hope nobody notices all the buckshot in it!**

Well hello there Lureen! Why thank you for noticing my brightness. Yes, I thought I'd arrive on set with a showy entrance. PLUS! I thought I'd start practicing for my in this marathon as the hot, hot *Texas* sun! But, now you inspire me! I never considered before that I might be useful in helping you slave over the meal for *3 whole hours* :o !!! Let me know what I can do to help. For now, I worked on baking a turkey! I fear I may have only scourched it... you know, just blackened it. I worry that the turkey on Jack's tray might be tooooo pale. Wait til they taste my version of turkey!
Does this look over-done enough?
