Goddamn, Ennis, we got some emotional problems, don't we? You and your not bein' able to show your love, and me not bein' able to get over you not showin' your love... We're a great pair, hunh? But it'll be alright. S'what I been tryin' ta tell you. It's alright. Ya just don't ever seem ta listen to me.

((Peering over the scene from her production tower, Laurel rubs her hands with glee...))
**Truly moving.... that'll get angst in their pants. Enough heartache for now, let's see if I can get that director to cue up the flashback.**
((Laurel passes by the emergency grease monkey release on her way to her desk where she calls down to the director's mobile office.))
**Darling, are you there? Ah yes, no time for beauty tips right now. We've a show to put on. Let's see if we can warm up the audience after that screaming-nerve, agonizing argument sequence...... Oh no, no... I know better than to try to direct the artistic vision, I'm just letting you know... If we have any more of this, we'll likely have exploding audience members, and then the lawsuits will fly through the roof. Not something we can afford right now.**

**No, no, you're right... I guess I didn't think about that... we don't have the budget to do that fancy flashback scene anyway. Good thinking on your part. We'll just carry along then. Move on to the... final solution separation, I mean.**
((Laurel hangs up the phone and is lost in her own musings for a moment.))
