--- Quote from: Shasta542 on October 14, 2008, 03:04:02 am ---Now I'm finding out Sarah Palin will be in Indianapolis on Friday to toot her nonsense. I'm sure she will be well received. Lots and lots of cheers for her and jeers for Barack Obama. I'm quite certain it will be a major embarrassment for us; those of us who can think anyhow.
Oh, don't be embarrassed, David.
I'd like to be there to cheer for her, myself---thinking and unembarrassed. :P
I wouldn't jeer tho. I don't even BOO at ballgames. ;D

I know you'd cheer but I wouldn't. I have no intentions of attending such an event. I probably wouldn't be welcome there anyway.
We can have our political differences and still be friends though. And you KNOW I luv ya girl friend! :-*

Even Pennsylvania is a toss up at this point. If John McCain manages to hold on to the "T" (The middle section of the state, along with the northeastern and northwestern parts) he could possibly win Pennsylvania. If he wrangles Pennsylvania it really IS a done deal. >:(
David In Indy:
I am watching the debate on CNN. The graph at the bottom of the screen seems to always head way up when Senator Obama speaks, and remains close to the No Reaction line when Senator McCain is talking. I've even noticed it dipping into the negative part of the graph during the time John McCain speaks.
Women seem more pleased with Barack Obama than the men, but both groups seem quite pleased with him. It is reassuring to know that both men and women are included in the group, as well as both Obama and McCain supporters. :)
