no I can see that....but the thing with that is, you always start OFF being real careful but as time goes by you forget...cause it isnt' really essential yet. You uncover the outlets to use them and leave them uncovered, you take the locks off the cabinet and forget it...the baby isn't gonna get into them..
but if you wait until the baby is actually crawling, you are much more aware of putting things up and covering stuff..
