To be honest, neither do I. I've heard quite a few different versions of the song, and it always sounds innocent enough.
Now that someone said that, whenever I hear the song and I hear the line "Say, what's in this drink?" I laugh

Me, neither--but I love the TV commercial for Barnes and Noble with Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga singing a bit of it. ;D Whenever I see that commercial, I think, I hope some day she does an album of Old Standards, or songs from The Great American Songbook, or whatever you want to call it, because that woman really has an amazing voice.

I saw a part of that last night, actually, but my attention was divided, so I really wasn't looking for clues one way or the other. Perhaps later today.
