Nurofen gel. It's sold at Boots and any other chemist, and is not sold in the US - it is ibuprofen in gel form. I would gladly paypal you the cost of the item and any shipping if you could pick up some for me, and it is legal to send, since it is non-prescription! Now that I've got major joint injuries all over, it would come in so very handy!!!
