Hrmm.. for some reason I am compelled to say Italy here.  :-\  Just a vibe I'm gettin'...

I think France will win.

When the Italians kicked out *my* Aussies with an unjustified penalty shot, I swore to myself that I will not root for Italy as long as the current World Championship will last  ;).
But now I'm undescided again. I like both teams.

Italy will win hands down. Italy is vastly superior and fields a much better style of play. France has one lone forward (Zidane, who is wearing down from what I see). The French team is very tired, and showed that during the match with Portugal. France really struggled and put out a lot of their energy during that game. That is going to have serious implications in their performance against Italy. Realistically, Italy. Most analysts agree with me too. Gianluigi Buffon is also the best goalie in the world, not letting in a single goal in this cup (besides an accidental own goal). Buffon has blocked shot after shot.

France shouldn't win, especially with the way they have their team set up. They play far too cautiously, and have serious deficiencies in their offense and defense.

Um, Brazil was playing very sluggishly that day. Italy has been playing far better then Brazil.

So, I hope... that this will be Italy's fourth world cup. France doesn't deserve it.
