And with all the noise they were causing, I wonder if it alerted the people next door - the house the SHOULD have went to in the first place! :P

Or the entire town! Goshen isn't very big. And it is surrounded by lots of Amish farms. I'll bet everyone heard that commotion for miles and miles.

Nobody was seriously hurt so I think it's safe to rule this incident as GOOFY! ;)

3 Injured When Plane Crashes Into Used Car Lot
Officials: Plane Landed On Top Of Cars

MARTINSVILLE, Ind. -- A small plane crashed in a Martinsville car lot Friday afternoon, injuring the pilot, his passenger and the owner of the business.

The crash happened just after 3 p.m. at K & T Auto Sales at 1040 Morton Ave. on the south side of the city.

Video from Skycam 6 showed that the plane crashed on top of three vehicles in the lot. Fire crews sprayed the entire area down with flame-retardant foam.

The pilot and his passenger were transported to Morgan Hospital with minor injuries.

The owner of the car lot was helping a customer when they saw the plane coming towards them.

"Part of the propeller went by my head before I took cover near my truck," customer Harold Diedrich told 6News' Ericka Flye.

The business owner suffered a foot injury as he tried to run away from the plane.

The pilot told police that he was trying to land at nearby McDaniel Air Field, but was coming in too high. He said he turned left in an effort to take off again, but clipped some power lines before crashing in the car lot.
