Puppy Bowl V - Pick Your Favorite Puppy Poll

Animal Planet will be airing its 5th annual Puppy Bowl tomorrow (February 1) starting at 3:00 pm eastern (2:00 pm central).

What is the Puppy Bowl? It's a puppy version of the Super Bowl. Puppies are sent out 6 or 8 at a time into a large football themed puppy pen where they cavort and play. You probably think that sounds a bit silly, and it is. But it's very cute and highly entertaining. Cameras are even placed in strategic locations - under their water bowls for example - so viewers can watch the puppies frolic from many different angles. Referees are always on standby to clean up any "fouls". There's even a Kitty Half Time Show you won't want to miss!

Now that you know what the Puppy Bowl is, it is time to pick your pups! Click on the "Pick Your Pups" link and scroll through all the different puppy pictures. Write down the names of your favorite puppies (originally I was thinking about allowing only one pick, but since they are all so cute you may choose up to 5 puppies) and then come back here and vote!

Then! Tomorrow beginning at 3 pm eastern, turn on your TVs to Animal Planet and watch the Puppy Bowl. I will be creating a chat thread in case some of us would like to watch the Puppy Bowl together. As soon as I create the chat room I will post the link in here!

If you happen to miss the Puppy Bowl at 3 pm don't worry, because it will be repeated again and again through 5 am on Monday morning. If you live outside the US, or you don't receive the Animal Planet channel on your TV, you can still vote on your favorite puppies.

BTW, everyone is allowed to change their votes. You may change your mind tomorrow as you watch the puppies and see their different personalities. :D

It looks like you voted for  Bella, Buster, Candy Apple, Griffey and Mercy. Is that correct? You can always change your votes later on if you want to!

I won't be able to watch the Puppy Bowl but would love to hear about Mac. I'm sure he'll be a very good little puppy.  :-*
