I'm very glad you posted this Vic. I have been working in the field of frequency based healing for a number of years. In fact my heart takes me more and more into this field every day, and every day I am amazed at how real and effective this is. I encourage everyone to take this seriously because every little bit really does help. It doesn't matter if you "know what you're doing" or not, or if you know what is wrong or not, just having the intent of healing is enough, particularly if you focus on the heart (both yours and his).
I haven't talked about this side of my life much on BetterMost because it simply didn't seem appropriate or relevant, but reading Vic's announcement of Chris's critical condition shocked me into action. I did what we call a distance healing on Thursday night (in Australia), where a "field of frequency" is built up around and in my body that I "sent" to Chris. I didn't need to know exactly where he is, my intention and the universe takes care of that. Based on the time difference this would have been between 7:15 and 7:30 am on Wednesday morning in the U.S. I make no claim that this in any way resulted in Chris coming out of his coma, I only tell you this story because this is my way of doing what Vic is talking about in her post about the chakras.
Again, my simple and only point here is that you do not have to know a specific technique like I describe here. The only thing that matters is that you care and that you give intent (that means you decide to do so with determination). Visualise the chakras, or on Chris' spine if this seems right to you, but whatever seems right (prayer, meditation, singing of a dedicated song, writing a note and setting it on fire so the smoke lifts into the atmosphere) - absolutely anything that seems right is right.

Sorry to hear that! Perhaps you forgot or didn't put the BBM initials in the correct box where it asks for group initials (as opposed to the box for your initials). You can go to the link I posted directly above your post, where the actual BBM "room" is, and try it again. Let me know if you still don't see them. There are several new ones that are burning since I created that new homepage last night.
