newyearsday:
Reading through the candles, there are many beautiful new messages thanking Chris's friends for their support and love during the past week and a half (and more like 2 weeks really, if you count the initial surgery).

Many of these messages are signed "anonymous" but there is one that is signed "The Family."

I was so touched and surprised to see it that I gasped. Please take a moment and see this, it will do your heart good.

Let's continue to send our loving, supportive thoughts and prayers to Chris and his family as they all go through his next phase of recovery. He still needs that help--the fight is not over.

Thank you to Chris's family for allowing us to show how much we care for him and want him back here.

Love,

Jenny

Bizaar dreams of you today Chris, anesthesia and pain killer induced I'm sure ...but still...there you were looking like a nerdy young Clark Kent ( in the morning before you put your contacts in) and you were surround by this rainbow of light and you were smiling at me.  You kept saying something but I couldn't hear you....but my heart tells me that rainbow is all the warmth, love, strength and good wishes this community has been channeling to you and what you were trying to say in your own, I'm Chris and I'm cool way  8) ... lol  ;) ....was thank you.

So It may have just been just a dream or maybe we really did connect while I was unconscious...either way I KNOW you would offer everyone here your thanks for not giving up on you and for offering so much of themselves to your recovery.

And Chris...for my part you sir are very, VERY welcome!  :-*
