'The Wily Coyotes of New York'
vkm91941:
Aww man :'( I wish Hal could have had lived to be set free! That's so sad...a friend of mine who works at the zoo here says coyotes do not do well in captivity....But it is good to know that they're dealt with humanely. Someplaces in the west here that's not always the case.
Ellemeno:
Tick tock, time to mention one of my favorite novels ever - "Prodigal Summer" by Barbara Kingsolver. John, I think you would love it. One of the central characters, in an otherwise reality-based book is a coyote.
Aloysius J. Gleek:
Thanks for the recommendation, Clarissa--I've ordered it from Amazon!
(Been reading about the sociodynamics of baboons, bonobos and chimps lately--time to catch up on damned coytes!)
Ellemeno:
I am SURE you must have learned something about the sociodynamics of chimps, bonobos and baboons that applies to us here. What?
Aloysius J. Gleek:
That the world could use more of what our little tribe's got!
It's all about cooperation--and grooming!
;D
