Here's how they're selling Wyoming for a Brokeback Mountain tour:

Katie77:
Interesting that they did not talk about the fact that two young cowboys met and fell in love in their beautiful mountain setting.

Jeff Wrangler:
Holy cats and little kittens!

So the Wyoming tourism people are trying to sell the state as a Brokeback Mountain-related tourism destination?

What about all we've heard about how Wyoming residents didn't like the film?

I guess if the tourism industry thinks a buck can be made. ...

Well that is wild cause I too thought the Wyoming residents didn't like and didn't want to be associated with the movie. I thought that "gay" people were not very well liked there. Perhaps something happened when we all visited The Mint Bar in Sheridan. We certainly were well liked by the locals and all the girls were swooning over Henry cause they thought he was a rock star. They thought the rest of use were his entourage. They might just make "same sex marriage" legal there. That will really be something if California ends up being the only state against same sex marriage in the end

Isn't it odd what a few bucks can convince people to do?  Maybe that is the best way for gays to finally get what they have

deserved all along.  Show them the money.!!  How big a force of cash they are excluding by being rude or worse passing their laws

that prevent equality to all.   I know for sure I would be perfectly willing to take part in a boycott.....Where those types of actions

are being subjected on people.
