The sharing of your experiences in Iran would be invaluable. :-*

I have several Iranian friends here in Indianapolis. They have been watching the events in Iran closely. I hope everything turns out okay over there and no more people are injured or killed.

a few recent tweets I've received from Iran....

We going to Azadi Square now in Tehran. Pray for us! Today is our INDEPENDENCE DAY from tyranny! ...

another tweet....

The father in the young family I mentioned in my previous post once showed us his back with  numerous  permanent scars from lashing. I suppose he was lucky he had been lashed and not killed.
Just read on the BBC website 10 people killed.

He said he had been lashed because he opposed the current regime. He might have given us more details but many years have gone by and I can' t remember.
Friendships outside work were discouraged. It had to be done discreetely ...

Writing in haste as I am in an Internet Cafe' miles away from home, (London). It seems that the UK has evacuated, or thinking of evacuating, their embassy.
