Took a big hit in salary $8000 per year cut, but nothing's perfect. I start Monday.

:D :D Awesome news! I'm very happy for you. Nope, no such thing as perfect, but the benefits and the five-minute commute and the free parking might take some sting out of the salary cut. Congrats!
