That must be like our English word "goodies." A goody bag is a small bag of treats, usually candy, and maybe a tiny toy, that children get as they are leaving a party they have attended.
Oh, wait, they sometimes have grown up goody bags too. I've heard that goody bags for celebrities at parties can contain some extremely expensive stuff, all designed to get the celebrity to attend the party.
