My neighbor's big black cat lay down beside me or intertwined himself between my ankles while I was handing out candy last nite. He would lie there and let the little kids rub him. A good helper for Halloween. I guess his folks were gone.
My cat stayed in the house and knocked my electric jack-o-lantern out of the window. And I think she knows it's Halloween time. She's wild as a buck. She has tormented me and the dogs all night. She zooms around and comes flying onto the bed sideways. I have no idea how she gets into such positions. It is like she launches herself from somewhere unknown. Then she grabs at anything that moves and then runs off. I'd strangle her, but I love her too much! ;D Lots of stuff is on the floor this morning -- that wasn't there last nite.

She already looks as if she had the devil in her ;) :laugh: (not really of course!)
Maybe that's just me, but all the cats I've known of this color truly have been a handful. Very high in temperament. What you report from last night simply fits with my experiences.
Nonetheless she's a cutie. How old is she?
