What is/are the guidelines for moderators removing threads, sticky-ing threads and un-sticky-ing threads? I have limited experience with this kind of thing-the only other board I participated on was extremely cautious about removing threads-locked them but did not remove them.

Phil will occassionally do a little light housekeeping as well Ruby and old threads might get archived or deleted.  Chris was complaining a while back about some of Phil's a dustin' and rearrangin' causing his post count to drop  ;)
