Tache (and Poof) tales
Sheriff Roland:
Well, Poof still won't let me close the front door completely (and it's been a colder than usual winter - and he tends to show up before the sun goes up) - though one time I closed the door, he merely meowed (persistently) until I opened it & wouldn't come back in for a couple of days - and the last time, the door was not quite latched close and he managed to push his way out doors.
But he has let my fingers get close to his face. He's sniffed and licked them as well as grabbed them with his clawy paws.
The other day I watched TV for nearly an hour while Tache was on his living room chair (know in these parts as his throne) and Poof layed down on the carpet in the entrance for (nearly) the entire hour - with the door ajar, of course.
But he won't let me pet him - can't get my hand above him without him backing up.
Sheriff Roland:
Bryan took a bunch of photos on Sunday This is the best of 'em. Tache received a new toy, courtesy of one of Bryan's neighbour - a catnip ball covered in a handmade knitted octopus.
Please disregard the condition of the carpet.

And yesterday I took this picture of Tache and Poof at play on Tache's throne. Yes Poof has explored much of the living room - and a little bit of the kitchen (he apparently prefers Tache's food >:( ).

OH THAT's a good one - especially from/for a brokie. :D
Took a few dozen more pictures this morning - with new developments - however, I think I'll post (some of) them only tomorrow. 8)
