Oh. I went out on a first date, tonight. First time in many moons.
Just for coffee, at a restaurant, to see if there was any 'instant attraction'.
There wasn't, 'tho. I don't think either of us had our heart in it.
Oh, bu**er. :-X .. Just spilled half a mug of tea over the desk !!
(* grumble, grumble ... half a box of tissues ... grrrr *)
Must be time for bed.
Sweet dreams. :-*

Fingers crossed that your daughters search comes up with something she is happy with....

Hello Rob!
I hope your daughter's research turns up some answers for her!
As for the date, sorry there wasn't a big attraction, but hey, you took the chance for it! There are some who never try. Keep trying!

Well, things are moving for my daughter. My GP gave me the name of a guy he just happened to be at Uni with, who is now an associate professor in neurology in Sydney, specialising in her particular problem. Said to just mention his name as they are still buddies. ... And some people say things don't happen for a reason !
The GP thought I should have a few heart tests as a checkup, and I was seeing him with the results. Seems the ol' ticker is 'nearly normal', whatever that means. (Probably that I need more exercise). Apparently, all the tests were great, and I should live to be at least 100. And by then, of course, medical science will be able to patch me up for another 100, and after that .... Could go on forever !
Hmmm. I'm going to train as a heart specialist in the second hundred.
Just think of all those rich retirees wanting to stay alive ! ;D

Glad to hear that all is good!
