Thought you guys may be interested.

you can now reclaim back all your charges! and noone who has taken this forward has lost to the banks - as the banks are too afraid to defend in (small claims) court. Some have got as much as £12,500 back!

I'm in the process of getting mine (only a tiny £75 over the last 8 years) and my sisters back (which will be MUCH more!) but better in our pocket than theirs!!

well my washing maching decided to die the day after I returned from holiday coincidentialy and its going to cost me £80.. so I think it'll be spent on that unfortunately!.. but then I woulda had to get that fixed regardless so I suppose it means I'm only really paying a fiver to get it fixed
