--- Quote from: David925 on January 11, 2007, 03:36:59 am ---Well, I don't know about Denver or Alberta, but the Hopkinsville, KY powwow is probably a green light. I go to this powwow every year. I even have my own teepee! Kentucky is VERY close to me, so Hopkinsville is not a problem for me.  :D

I know!   I signed up for a spot, remember? - it's enormous!  AND my very cool new friends Calixto and Jaime will be there.  Did you like their CD?  They say they go every year, so you've prob'ly heard them before.

Yes, Calxto and Jaime (Pan flute music, correct?)

I don't remember seeing them at the Hopiknsville powwow. Hopefully I will see them next year.

No, Lakota, sorry.  Please translate.

I have been listening to my Spanish CD's so I have a better grasp of what Calixto says to me.  His English is good, but Quechua and Spanish are his native languages...I only fully grasp about 1/2 without asking him to repeat himself, which probably makes him feel badly.
