Well HELL! >:(
It seems tonight was the night my dog picked to go outside, run rampant through the neighborhood and terrorize people by knocking over their trash barrels. Whew! I just got back in from chasing him. I let him out to pee and he took off on me! He seems to do this once or twice every month. How fun is it to be picking through and scooping up other folks nasty garbage at 4 in the morning in 35 F degree weather?! IN A BATH ROBE! >:(
And it's drizzling outside too! :P

YIKES!! That sounds like no fun.
Two of my dogs escape the fence every now and then. When I have to go pick up people's garbage, I put on a pair of those latex gloves. It really is no fun.
