I'm a salt freak too. I love it. I salt nearly everything. I looooove those salty bar pretzels they sell at the stores. I forget who makes them. They are dark, kind of burned and very salty. I salt my hamburgers until it looks like it snowed. When I put the tomato on top it instantly prunes up. Well not really. But it probably wants to. ;)
