Maybe it is a combination of what they are wearing (cologne, purfume, etc) and the atmospheric conditions at the time.

It doesn't happen very often, do it? It is very rare. But I think it DOES happen from time to time. I am pleased this person survived it.

Now I'm scared to flick my bick! I might go up in smoke! :laugh:
