Chuck, I'm sure that, with you in their ranks, every night will be 'Fun Night'.  ;D ;D

CellarDweller:
Oh dear.

 ::)

I am really inconsistent.  My first game was HORRIBLE, a score of 89!  Not only that, I dropped the ball twice!  I think that with recent weight loss, my fingers have slimmed, and therefore slip off my hand before I intend it too.

I'm going to keep practicing with this ball, but since starting September I'll be bowling twice a week, I'm thinking that in a few months, I'll buy new equipment.  I think a new ball, bag and shoes are in order, and be used properly.

And now, the scores for today's games.

89 - 113 - 125 - 132 - 117 - 118

My first practice session a week ago, I only played three games.  yesterday I played six.  I plan to keep a running tally of my scores over the next few months, until the league starts, to see if I can see improvement.

It will take some time and practice, but you will get there - I have every confidence in you! (despite that Nena business...)

I've been searching online to price new equipment.  I found this ball....do you think it's appropriate?

 :laugh:

That's pretty, Chuck, but I think you should get one with holes.
